MEET THE TEAM
Meet Attorney Sandy Broadus

Sandy Broadus is a barrier-breaking trial lawyer and lifelong advocate for equity and advancement of Black people, people of color, and women. She has built programs from the ground up, providing legal access to marginalized, vulnerable communities. 

As a vocal champion for human rights, Sandy’s unique brand of immersive on-demand education blends raw truth-telling with history lessons about racism as a key feature of America’s foundational history continuing to this day.

Her signature program, INTENTIONAL 10™, is more than taking a class or two here and there or reacting to social media postings. It’s a movement to create a community that puts the onus on self-described allies to do their own soul work. 

Grounded in self-guided antiracism education and daily personal accountability, INTENTIONAL 10™ requires you to seek out and own your antiracism journey. 

No one else can do that for you, and Black women are exhausted and depleted from trying to lead the way and do all the hard labor to extinguish a burning house. 

For those claiming to be allies and accomplices to marginalized people, the first step is admitting that you don’t know what you don’t know, by institutional design. This reality requires you to listen and center Black and brown voices.

Meet Sandy Broadus, Esq.

Meet Niko Merritt

Strategic Program Support & Co-Facilitator for Intentional 10™

 Wellness & Self-Care Experience Designer | Founder of Crowned Alchemy

Niko Merritt is the visionary behind Crowned Alchemy Journals and a key force in the ethos and work of Intentional 10™. As our Strategic Program Support & Co-Facilitator, Niko weaves self-care, intuition, and emotional clarity into everything we do—from developing transformational content to co-leading workshops and building intentional community with grace and power.

Niko is a master facilitator of intuitive and expressive arts, a certified intuitive artist, and a wellness advocate with lived experience navigating healing, burnout, and personal transformation. Her work centers the belief that self-care is not a luxury—it’s liberation.

Through her Crowned Alchemy offerings, Niko helps people awaken their inner magic and heal with intention. She teaches others to slow down, reflect deeply, and come home to themselves through journaling, affirmation, and soulful ritual.

Whether co-facilitating an intense INTENTIONAL 10™  5-Day Focus Challenge or guiding others in sacred self-expression, Niko brings creativity, compassion, and a grounding presence to every space she enters.
