The work is layered, uncomfortable, and essential.

I WANT IN!

You are here because you feel isolated.

Alone. Angry.

You’re unsure about what to do and whom to turn to in the face of chaos and lawlessness.

You’re impatient with yourself for not taking action earlier.

You’re disappointed in people you thought you knew and believed loved you. You’re upset about their silence and lack of concern for protecting you and your loved ones.

You’re shocked to realize they don’t share the morals and values you hold sacred.

Are you staying silent when witnessing racism and bias happening right in front of you because you’re caught off guard and don’t know how to react or what words to say?

Do these scenarios sound familiar?

  • You dread family holidays and social gatherings because you know you will hear your loved ones repeat racist stereotypes and propaganda as truth for entire races, but you attend anyway.
  • You realize that your friends and neighbors in Next Door are sounding the alarm to “call law enforcement because they look suspicious,” or “don’t belong,” while the only thing they’re describing as “suspicious” is the person’s race or skin color.
  • You feel abandoned, powerless, and without direction.

But you also feel a strong pull to resist the moral decline you’re noticing for the first time, and to change the state of affairs.

  • "I wish I knew the right words to say to help somebody and to advocate for those not in the room.”
  • “I no longer speak to my parents and my siblings. I need to find people who feel the same way I do and are ready to fight for our future."
  • I feel betrayed and need to find the courage to speak the truth for myself and others and make my voice heard.”
  • “I’m not comfortable speaking, and I don’t like conflict. But I know I need to do more, and I need help finding the words to say because I can't be quiet anymore. Being quiet is how I got to this point.”
I Want to Be INTENTIONAL

If any of these sound familiar...

And gave you a sickening jolt in the pit of your stomach, just know it’s relatable and that you don’t have to stay stuck and dwell there.

Even if you haven’t ever had the courage or found the words to speak up before, INTENTIONAL 10™ will get you unstuck going forward.

We will give you practical tools to help you move from inert shame to actively showing up for yourself and others – authentically and with empathy.

INTENTIONAL 10™ is your trusted resource database and your Call To Action to confidently take daily, direct actions to become antiracist.

But what’s even better is knowing you'll walk into a caring community of like-minded, compassionate people, united in the journey of antiracism. Together, you create accountability to yourselves and each other, making a profound and powerful impact throughout numerous communities and creating space for those who have traditionally been systematically excluded.

In a divided world, take essential steps together; Come walk and learn with us, because when we know better, we do better. To say and do nothing is to remain complicit and collusive.

Listen,

Antiracism work has long been seen as a profit deal by those not truly committed to the work, particularly those unaffected by antiblackness and who play into it for profit and prestige.

This was true well before the performative, inauthentic “Racial Reckoning” of 2020 that fizzled faster than the newest fast fashion fad.

What does it say that during that time and over the COVID epidemic, some of the best-selling authors and top-dollar speakers about racism and antiblackness commanding the biggest stages and the most significant speaker fees are white people and NBPOC, parroting the words and stealing the lived experiences of Black women for money and prestige?

Let’s be clear,

For far too many, the willingness to show up for equality for Black people hinges on hearing antiracist teachings from someone who looks like you and acts as a ventriloquist, throwing the voice of Black women and co-opting and appropriating experiences they don’t share.

But unless and until you can listen to, follow, and believe Black women, you are not about this life and not ready to get this work.

Here at INTENTIONAL 10™, your antiracism education comes straight from the source

unapologetic and unfiltered history, lived experiences, and perspectives shared by Black women.
